An attachment to the minutes of the Amtgard, Inc. Board of Director's Meeting of November 23, 2002
It is the decision of the Board of Directors of Amtgard, Inc., and The Kingdom of the Burning Lands Monarchy that both Shadowvale and Dark Cloud are both legally and morally in violation of contract, and thus neither has legal officers.
Continuation of Amtgard in Alamogordo, New Mexico is contingent on the following:
1. Both disaffected groups as per Corpora and Contract will meet with Burning Lands officers by December 14, 2002 to discuss reconciliation.
2. Failure to communicate on this issue will result in permanent removal of Amtgard contracts.
2. Items to be addressed will be a fair and equitable method of choosing shire officers for the entirety of Alamogordo, New Mexico.
2. Communication and responses to this letter may be addressed to any Amtgard, Inc. Board of Directors Board officer or an associated affiliate.

In either case, if the issue in Alamogordo cannot be discussed with the Board, or the Monarchy over both groups, that being The Kingdom of the Burning Lands, both groups will be not be considered legal via contract and efforts to find an alternative solution sans the locals will be initiated despite the Board's great reticence of such draconian measures.
2. This has been discussed with the Board and the relevant local Monarchy. The bottom line is: deal with it locally and logically or accept a decision from without.
