While there is still the matter of getting the votes turned in via registered mail, hammering out the first round of clarifications, and the process/time frame for future updates it looks like 7.0 is a done deal now. The first round of revisions and bug fixes should happen by February 28th, so the new rulebook will take effect officially midnight March 31st. |
